This year we have travelled around the Rhone basin visiting various river restoration works. Aware of the concern about the good state of our rivers and as a gesture after the serious floods suffered both in Central Europe in September and in Valencia, Spain in October, we would like to share with everyone the travel diary prepared on the occasion of this trip and we have translated it into Spanish, French and English. During this trip we have learned that rivers, in addition to the four dimensions (longitudinal, transversal, depth and temporal) have a fifth one, the social dimension, which is take into account in all the restoration projects visited.
From the Federation we would like to thank the technicians of the different companies and institutions that have accompanied us and have shown their important contribution to the river restoration.
