Florin Florineth , in Memoriam
È con grande tristezza che condividiamo la notizia della scomparsa del nostro caro socio fondatore Florin Florineth, nostro maestro e amico.
Pioniere della nostra disciplina, l’Ingegneria Naturalistica, ha eseguito lavori per più di vent’anni prima di insegnarla come professore e fondatore dell’Istituto di Ingenieurbiologie presso l’Università BOKU di Vienna, da dove l’ha promossa e diffusa in tutta Europa, ed oltre.
Ti siamo molto riconoscenti, Florin. L’entusiasmo con cui ci trasmettevi l’amore per il tuo lavoro ha fatto sì che molti di noi volessero seguire le tue orme e progredire in questa meravigliosa disciplina. Ci hai trasmesso la passione per la conoscenza, l’impegno per il lavoro ben fatto, l’umiltà per riconoscere i propri limiti ed imparare dai propri errori, e la generosità di condividere ciò che si è imparato. Sei stato un MAESTRO straordinario per tutti noi.
Lasci una grande eredità: le tue amate montagne, i fiumi e le zone umide in cui hai lavorato sono testimonianza del tuo grande rispetto, sapere e amore, per la Natura.
Dalla Federazione, che hai contribuito a costruire, desideriamo seguire la tua via e continuare il lavoro che hai iniziato, mantenendone vivo il tuo ricordo.
Ci mancherai come nostro grande esempio da continuare a seguire e ancora di più come nostro

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear founding partner Florin Florineth, our teacher and friend.
As a pioneer of our discipline, Soil and Water Bioengineering, he practised it for more than twenty years before teaching it as a professor and founder of the Institute of Soil and Water Bioengineering at BOKU University in Vienna, from where he promoted and spread the knowledge throughout Europe and beyond.
We owe you a great deal: the enthusiasm with which you transmitted your love for your work made many of us want to follow in your footsteps and advance in this wonderful discipline. You conveyed your passion for knowledge, determination for a job well done, humility to recognise the limitations and learn from the own mistakes, and generosity to share what you have learned. You have been an extraordinary MAESTRO for all of us.
You leave us a great legacy: Your beloved mountains, rivers and wetlands where you worked are testimony of your great respect, knowledge and love for Nature.
From the Federation, which you helped to establish, we wish to follow in your footsteps and continue the work you started, keeping your memory alive.
We will miss you as our great role model and even more as our beloved friend!
Mit großer Trauer geben wir die Nachricht vom Ableben unseres lieben Gründungsmitglieds Florin Florineth, unseres Lehrers und Freundes, bekannt.
Als Pionier unserer Disziplin, der Ingenieurbiologie, hat er mehr als zwanzig Jahre lang daran gearbeitet, bevor er als Professor und Gründer des Instituts für Ingenieurbiologie an der BOKU in Wien lehrte, von wo aus er die Ingenieurbiologie in ganz Europa und darüber hinaus verbreitete.
Wir sind dir, Florin, sehr dankbar. Der Enthusiasmus, mit dem du deine Liebe zu deiner Arbeit vermittelt hast, hat viele von uns dazu gebracht, in deine Fußstapfen zu treten und in dieser wunderbaren Disziplin voranzukommen. Du hast uns eine Leidenschaft für das Wissen vermittelt, Engagement für eine gut gemachte Arbeit, Bescheidenheit, die Grenzen zu erkennen und aus Fehlern zu lernen, und die Großzügigkeit, das Gelernte zu teilen. Du warst für uns alle ein außergewöhnlicher MAESTRO.
Du hinterlässt ein großes Erbe: Deine geliebten Berge, Flüsse und Feuchtgebiete, in denen du gearbeitet hast, zeugen von deinem großen Respekt, deinem Wissen und deiner Liebe zur Natur.
Wir von der Föderation, die du mit aufgebaut hast, wollen in deinem Gefolge die Arbeit fortsetzen, die du begonnen hast, und die Erinnerung an dich lebendig halten.
Wir vermissen Dich als unser großes Vorbild und mehr noch, als unseren Freund!
Con enorme tristeza, compartimos la noticia del fallecimiento de nuestro querido socio fundador Florin Florineth, nuestro maestro y amigo.
Pionero de nuestra disciplina, la Bioingeniería del Paisaje, la practicó durante más de veinte años antes de enseñarla como profesor y fundador del Instituto de Bioingeniería de la Universidad BOKU de Vienna, lugar desde el que impulsó y difundió el conocimiento por toda Europa.
Te debemos mucho , Florin, El entusiasmo con el que nos trasmitías tu amor por tu trabajo, hizo que muchos de nosotros quisiéramos seguir tus pasos y avanzar en esta maravillosa disciplina.
Nos trasmitiste pasión por el conocimiento , empeño por el trabajo bien hecho, humildad para reconocer las limitaciones y aprender de los errores y generosidad para compartir lo aprendido.
Has sido un extraordinario MAESTRO para todos nosotros .
Dejas un gran legado : Tus amadas montañas , los ríos y humedales en los que trabajaste son testimonio de tu gran respeto, saber y amor por la Naturaleza .

C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous partageons la nouvelle du décès de notre cher membre fondateur Florin Florineth, notre professeur et ami.
Pionnier de notre discipline, le génie biologique , il l’a pratiquée pendant plus de vingt ans avant de l’enseigner en tant que professeur et fondateur de l’Institut Ingenieurbiologie à l’Université BOKU de Vienne en Autriche, d’où il a promu et diffusé les connaissances dans toute l’Europe.
Florin, nous te devons beaucoup : l’enthousiasme avec lequel tu as transmis ton amour pour ton travail a donné à beaucoup d’entre nous l’envie de suivre tes traces et de progresser dans cette merveilleuse discipline. Tu nous avais transmis la passion du savoir, la détermination du travail bien fait, l’humilité de reconnaître les limites et d’apprendre de ses propres erreurs et la générosité de partager. Tu as été un MAESTRO extraordinaire pour nous tous.
Tu nous laisses un grand héritage. Tes chères montagnes, rivières et zones humides où tu as travaillé témoignent de ton grand respect, de ta connaissance et de ton amour de la nature et de l’humain.
Au sein de la Fédération, que tu as aidé à construire, nous souhaitons suivre tes traces et poursuivre le travail que tu as commencé, en gardant ta mémoire vivante.
Tu nous manqueras en tant que grand exemple à suivre et encore plus en tant qu’ami bien-aimé.

Pioneiro da nossa disciplina, a Engenharia Natural, praticou-a durante mais de vinte anos antes de a ensinar como professor. Foifundador do Instituto de Ingenieurbiologie na Universidade BOKU em Viena, a partir de onde promoveu e difundiu o conhecimento por toda a Europa e não só.
Devemos-lhe muito: o entusiasmo com que transmitiu o amor pelo seu trabalho fez com que muitos de nós quisessem seguir os seus passos e avançar nesta maravilhosa disciplina.
Transmitiu-nos a sua paixão pelo conhecimento, a sua determinação por um trabalho bem elaborado, a sua humildade para reconhecer as limitações e aprender com os seus próprios erros e a sua generosidade para partilhar o que aprendeu. Foi um MESTRE extraordinário para todos nós.
Deixas-nos um grande legado: as tuas queridas montanhas, rios e zonas húmidas onde trabalhaste são testemunho do teu grande respeito, conhecimento e amor pela Natureza.
