Seminario Restauración de ecosistemas de ribera y técnicas de Bioingeniería
Homenaje a nuestro socio y amigo Prof. João Paulo Fernandes
This specialised seminar on the restoration of riparian ecosystems and Soil and Water Bioengineering techniques used in the LIFE Alnus Taejo project is aimed at students, professionals in the sector and technicians from institutions related to the natural environment, and will take place on 15 and 16 January 2025 at the Colégio do Espírito-Santo of the University of Évora.
The seminar will pay tribute to Prof. João Paulo Almeida Fernandes, who was Professor of the Department of Landscape, Environment and Planning of the School of Sciences of the University of Évora, first president and founding member of the Portuguese Association of Natural Engineering APENA, and member and collaborator since its origins of the European Federation of Soil and Water Bioengineering EFIB.
